Returns & Exchange

You can request a refund for the products you purchased from souba.com.tr within 15 days from the date of order. There is no change in our products.

-Conditions 

In order to initiate your return process, please contact us first at info@souba.com.tr.

The product you want to return must be unused, undamaged and the label must not be removed. You must send the original package and the invoice sent to you to our address at the end of the page. Returns that do not meet the conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to you with payment.

The fee for the shipments to be made during the return belongs to you and the shipping costs cannot be refunded.

After checking the compliance of your product with the return conditions, the transaction status will be sent to you by e-mail. Refunds will be made within 10 business days, depending on your bank, from the date of receipt of your return by us. The refund will be made in the same way as the payment method you used when purchasing the product. If you cannot receive your refund within the specified period, please contact your bank and then us.

-Discounted products 

Unfortunately, discounted products cannot be returned.
